Chris focuses on assisting both new and established small businesses, guiding them through formation and fundraising while supporting their daily operations and long-term strategic planning. He also provides comprehensive counsel on corporate and regulatory compliance, corporate governance and has extensive experience in facilitating domestic and international ventures. His practice extends to advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices, providing tailored solutions to safeguard and grow family assets.

Chris frequently deploys his skillset through KJK’s GC Advantage Program, handling key contract preparation, negotiation, and compliance, as well as overseeing distribution and supply agreements while serving as an embedded member of the client’s team. He particularly enjoys leveraging KJK’s membership in the Meritas network to connect with counsel across the country and around the world to foster relationships and provide maximum value to his clients.

Prior to joining KJK, Chris focused his practice on civil and probate litigation and estate planning. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from The Ohio State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University College of Law, graduating cum laude.

Outside of the office, Chris enjoys exploring diverse cultures through travel, honing his culinary skills in the kitchen, and indulging his passion for cars and motorcycles.
