Cynthia Saad is an associate in KJK’s Corporate & Securities practice group, where she supports clients across all stages of the business lifecycle. Her practice spans business formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and private equity and venture capital financing. Cynthia assists companies with contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and financing matters. She supports emerging and established businesses in structuring entities, executing growth initiatives, and navigating regulatory frameworks to achieve their business objectives.
Cynthia earned her bachelor’s in Lebanese and French Laws from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a master’s in Lebanese and International Business Law from Lebanese University. She later completed an L.L.M. in U.S. Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Outside of the office, Cynthia enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time by the coast. Originally from Lebanon, she appreciates opportunities to explore new cultures and seascapes.
