Mackenzie Matulich is an associate attorney with a focus on litigation and arbitration. She assists in all stages of dispute resolution, concentrating on legal research, drafting, and analysis to support effective case strategy. Her experience includes matters involving commercial disputes, internet defamation and content removal, and issues connected to eCommerce and brand protection.
Before joining KJK, Mackenzie worked as a law clerk at a business law firm in Northeast Ohio, where she assisted on litigation matters and gained experience supporting business clients across a variety of issues. She also worked as a legal intern in-house at a Fortune 500 company and assisted with their litigation, IP, and transactional teams.
Mackenzie earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2025. While in law school, she served in leadership roles with the Business Law Society, the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and the Cybersecurity, Privacy & Technology Law Organization, and was also a member of the Women in Law Association. She received the CALI Award for Business Associations in recognition of her academic performance. Mackenzie also holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Kent State University.
